We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks or money orders and Purchase Orders from Public and Private Schools and Universities. Must be denominated in U.S. dollars.
Purchase Orders
Schools and Public Organizations may purchase using a Purchase Order. After you have added your item(s) to the shopping cart, click the Secured Site Ordering link. Complete the form with your PO number instead of a credit card number and submit the order. It's that easy!
Credit Card Security
We take every precaution to protect the security of your credit card information. Our secure server encrypts the information you enter into our convenient on-line shopping feature so it cannot be read in transit.
Use of our secure on-line shopping will allow WhiteboardDepot to process and ship your order in the shortest amount of time. However, there are additional ways to order from us using your credit card.
Fax
Enter your credit info on our convenient fax form when checking out of the shopping feature. Fax to (616) 863-9677.
Phone Verification
Select "Call for my credit card #" on our online ordering system and a WhiteboardDepot representative will call you to obtain your credit card information.
Check or Money Order
If you choose "Pay by check" on our on-line ordering form, mail a personal check or money order in U.S. funds for the amount of your order along with a printed copy of your order to:
