Returns

Whiteboard Depot must notified within 10 days of delivery of a damage problem or return. We will issue a Return Authorization prior to a return shipment being made. Refunds will be issued to the same method as the original sale was made, as soon as the product has been accepted at our return facility. In the case of a return, postage or delivery charges incurred can not be refunded.
All returns must have prior approval and a return authorization before any product can be shipped back. Any returns MUST BE shipped in ORIGINAL CARTON with ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS. Items sent freight collect will not be accepted. No credit will be issued for items returned without following the above instructions. Return shipping charges and a 20% restocking charge may apply if the return was caused by an ordering error. Please call or e-mail us within 10 days after delivery for further instructions.
