All products carry our warranties as follows:
Porcelain Steel Writing Surface:
WhiteboardDepot warrants for a period of fifty (50) years its Porcelain Steel Writing Surface to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Should the Porcelain Steel Writing Surface, under normal use and maintenance, not retain the original writing and erasing qualities during this period of time, it will be replaced. WhiteboardDepot’ obligation under this warranty is limited to furnishing without charge to customer (F.O.B) destination) new parts or panels for those shown to be defective. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer pre-paid to our manufacturer, Marsh Industries, Inc. 2301 East High Avenue, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663, (330-308-8667) for examination. This warranty does not cover… Labor or other charges associated with the removal or replacement of effected parts or panels. Replacement required due to misuse or abuse.
General Products:
WhiteboardDepot warrants its products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment or original installation. This warranty applies only to the original installation on the product. Products found to be defective within this period of time will be replaced. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer pre-paid to the our manufacturer, Marsh Industries, Inc. 2301 East High Avenue, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663, (330-308-8667) for examination. WhiteboardDepot’s liability arising out of its defective products is limited to replacing without charge to customer (F.O.B) destination) products proven to be defective.
